  • Take Affidavits, provided same are not used in the Irish Courts;
  • Take Affirmations and Declarations;
  • Certification of documents for foreign adoptions;
  • Advise on the procurements of an Apostille Certificate from the Department of Foreign Affairs

Notary fees are quantified after obtaining instructions, quantifying the amount of work involved and a fee is given to the client at the earliest opportunity To Do List
In advance of a meeting with a Notary Public the client should bring the following documents:

  • Original passport;
  • Original driving licence;
  • Original Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
